LoopBreak data deletion request

LoopBreak does not require a traditional user account. This page explains how to remove local app data and request deletion of cloud data associated with your anonymous LoopBreak ID.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

How to request cloud-data deletion

Contact support and include the LoopBreak ID shown inside the app. The ID is needed so we can locate the correct anonymous cloud record.

Support: [email protected]

In your message, state that you are requesting deletion of data associated with your LoopBreak ID. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated personal information.

Local app data

You can remove locally stored LoopBreak data by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.

Removing local app data does not automatically delete cloud backup data, and deleting cloud data does not automatically remove the local copy from your device.

Cloud data we can delete

  • Settings and preferences backed up under your LoopBreak ID
  • Recurring schedules, profiles, presets, and related recovery data
  • Optional blocked-app package-name backup, when enabled
  • Unlock, blocking, and Stats records linked to your LoopBreak ID
  • Optional Unlocked App Time history backed up under your LoopBreak ID
  • Pending or stored cloud-backup records associated with your LoopBreak ID

What deletion does not do

  • It does not cancel a Google Play subscription
  • It does not delete Google Play purchase or payment records
  • It does not automatically clear data still stored locally on your device

To cancel LoopBreak Premium, use the subscription controls in Google Play. Google manages the purchase, renewal, cancellation, and payment records for the subscription.

Data that may be retained

  • Support emails may be retained as needed to document and complete the request.
  • Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
  • Google may retain purchase and payment records under Google's own policies and legal obligations.

Processing the request

We will process a valid deletion request within a reasonable time after receiving the correct LoopBreak ID and enough information to understand the request.

After cloud data is deleted, restoring the same LoopBreak ID may no longer recover the deleted settings, schedules, Stats, or optional backup data.

For more information about how LoopBreak handles data, read the LoopBreak Privacy Policy.
