LoopBreak data deletion request

LoopBreak does not require a user account. This page explains how to request deletion of anonymous LoopBreak usage data linked to your app install ID.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of anonymous usage/stat data linked to your LoopBreak install ID, contact support and include your LoopBreak install ID from the app.

Local app data

You can remove locally stored LoopBreak data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from Android settings.

Data we can delete

  • Anonymous unlock/session statistics linked to your install ID
  • Anonymous failed unlock attempt statistics linked to your install ID
  • Anonymous app usage/stat records linked to your install ID

Data that may be kept

  • Support emails you send to us may be retained as needed for support records.
  • Data may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving the correct LoopBreak install ID.
